OWA Rugby

Hire Of Facilities For Private Functions Rates:

The following are our standard times and rates of hire, however we can accommodate functions outside the times stated below. Charges may vary for functions of unusual duration or a discount may be applied for functions booked on a regular basis. We are also pleased to offer baby changing facilities and a high chair is available upon request.

Members of the OWA will be offered a discounted Members Rate to those stated below. For further details, the OWA office will be pleased to speak to you.

Evening functions –

  • Start from 7pm
  • Bar closes midnight
  • Music stops midnight
  • Vacation of premises by 12.30am

Mid-week evening rates on application – for daytime rates please see our 'meetings and conferences rates’ page.

A holding deposit will be required for all bookings and a 'damage deposit' will also be required (this will be returned after successful conclusion of the party)

Full detailed information will be sent to you after receipt of your 'enquiry form'.

General Party

Friday: £320 . 00

Saturday: £320.00

Bar closes @ Midnight (room to be vacated by 12.30 am) 50% deposit required.

 

Wedding

Saturday: £550.00

During the day and evening up to mid September, evening only receptions from mid Sept – April

 

21st Birthday Party

Friday & Saturday: £500.00

Deposit £250, Balance £250 which includes security on the door, Damage Deposit £300

The bar will be open from 7.00 p.m. until 12.00 p.m. The music can continue until Midnight, but the premises must be vacated by 12.30 a.m.

 

Christening

Sunday up to 7pm: £160.00
Sunday if continues after 7pm: £220.00

 

Funeral

Weekdays: £125.00
Payment after event

 

Children's Parties

Only midweek or on a Sunday (NOT SATURDAYS) £160.00
