Hire Of Facilities For Sporting Events:

The following are our standard rates of hire. Charges may vary for functions of unusual duration or a discount may be applied for an event booked on a regular basis.

Members of the OWA will be offered a discounted Members Rate to those stated below. For further details, the OWA office will be pleased to speak to you.

Pitch Hire Charges for Rugby , Cricket and Football:

Main Pitch/ Square £250.00

Second Pitch/ Square / Football £200.00

Floodlight training area £100.00

Limited availability for Rugby on Saturdays and Cricket on Saturday and Sundays.

We are also happy to quote for Company sports days etc….

15-28 days before meeting date: 25% of hire charge
8-14 days before meeting date: 50% of hire charge
